With a Tuscan street café feel, GoodBear’s Café & Deli was a concept that brought you alfresco dining indoors.
Hospitality was paramount at GoodBear’s, Graham told me “nothing is too much trouble as it is our customers happiness that motivates us” he went on to say, “we liked to meet and greet our customers” which is refreshing to hear. Reinforcing this attitude, Graham cooked out front de-mystifying the Kitchen operation – you could see a real Chef in action - see your food being prepared – be part of the theatre.
You could expect the same service that you would receive in a good restaurant at GoodBear’s, which is something that does not come as standard at other cafes and just one of the reasons why GoodBear’s was such a great place to go.
Graham is an imaginative chef and insists on cooking everything fresh to order, using only the finest and freshest ingredients, delivered daily. He refuses to use a microwave or serve chips. Instead, Graham will tempt your palette with snacks fit for a king! Your scrambled egg and smoked salmon will be served in toasted croissants. Other gems on the menu included the best selling Bacon & Brie ‘Rarebit’ and the hearty Toasted Steak Sandwich for you to really sink your teeth into. As well as a great selection of light snacks, GoodBear’s had a wonderful variety of teas, coffee and pastries including the famous GoodBears’s Bread & Butter Pudding and Graham’s Strawberry Cappuccino dessert (in season). If you wanted to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine, you could have chosen from a handpicked selection and in the summer months you could have also lingered over a Jug of Pimms on the patio.
GoodBear Hospitality supply business buffets and are involved in outside catering and special events. They can also lend a hand if you need help with a dinner party at home, a special occasion or even a romantic dinner for two.
